All Luxury packages can have the 25% downpayment split in 1/2 to help our brides - pay the other 1/2 three months later.
You can remove vendors from our luxury packages however these vendors are what make the packages so popular! We only work with handpicked highly reviewed amazing vendors and package these services to offer you a great deal and convenience to know you have a team of professionals dedicated to your wedding.

Our floral package is unbeatable but you are welcome to remove the flower package from our Luxury package and save $900. We also have LUXURY Lantern centerpieces that can take the place of centerpiece flowers for free .

Includes outdoors sound system with lapel mic handheld mic, lighting and Photobooth for the entire night with printing and uploading. The indoor sound system has been calibrated for premium sound quality to travel through the room.

The 2500 sq ft Victorian home has a bridal suite that is over 800 sq ft with a romantic 2 person jacuzzi and shower . The bathroom has a make up counter with an antique stool for photos of the bride as she gets ready.There is a wall of mirrored closets to hang your dresses and clothes in and lovely antique chairs for your bridesmaids.
There is a private door out to the patio from the Bridal Suite.
Many brides prefer to rent the whole house the day before so they can hang out with their bridesmaids overnight and have a fabulous Rehearsal dinner ( food & drinks not included but can be ordered ) for $799 + tax and includes tables and chairs. We ONLY book the house the day before, 3 months before your wedding date because we always want to try and book another wedding :)
The lovely home is filled with new & antique furniture and beds with new pillow top mattresses . Almost 90% of the home is filled with lovely Victorian antiques that are over 160 years old. Each bedroom has a wall of mirrors and each bathroom has a 2 person shower . We provide top quality soaps, shampoos & body washes . Including hair dryers upon request , lighted vanity mirrors and other personal items. Each room has a 42" flat screen TV with cable . High Speed internet is provided at no charge. Warm fireplaces are in each room . We use fluffy cotton bath sheets in each bathroom. Each room comes with soft cotton sheets & luxury comforters & pillow shams.
We provide thick cotton robes for you to stroll the grounds in....
There is a large kitchen for late night snacks . We include hot chocolates & flavored teas . Relax and gaze upon the amazing beauty from each window....
Our chiavari chairs are included in the Ultimate & Luxury package . These were custom painted in 24K Gold color to match our accents in the building . No other venue will have this color of chairs :))
***For any package other than the Luxury package - the only thing you provide is the Flowers-DJ/photobooth-Photographer and cake **** if you choose to bring your own dj / photographer / photobooth, please make sure they are professionals with liability insurance and wedding experience.
Security is provided for the first 100 people at no charge.
After 100 people we add $200 for security
We take cash and checks ( up until 30 days before the event ), but remember if you use a credit card / debit we have to charge a 3% fee
The only other expense you have is one day event insurance
For an average wedding it's about $180
Event insurance is mandatory . Why ? Because if some one has a drink and does crazy things on the road or if there is a fight on the property or other weird events this insurance policy is designed to protect you against lawsuits and claims made regarding bodily injury to others or property damage . Also the Estate will not be sued either. I have researched many companies and found ONE A+ rated company with no deductibles that will cover everything in the house and property . They are reasonably priced and are called Event Insurance Now. Every other company out there has HUGE deductibles which is a pain in the butt and they cover practically nothing . Also other insurance companies REFUSE to cover your volunteers and family members as they are helping with the event.
Ours is the only one we have found that covers everyone. :))
We REQUIRE that you buy this policy . NO OTHER insurance will be accepted or it will void the wedding contract. You must add Rose Garden Estate / and Lorie Weinroth to be listed as Additional insured on policy. No personal liability policy will be accepted. SUPER IMPORTANT the policy comes with $250,000 in coverage and a membership with the insurance company. If you add more coverage than $250,000 , the policy will increase by A LOT !! For an average 150 person wedding it's $180 for the regular coverage.
Our insurance policy is designed to protect the policyholder against lawsuits, claims made related to bodily injury of others, and property damage to the rented premise. Our Single Event Insurance includes Host Liquor Liability in the program price to provide protection for the service (hosting) of alcohol. This affordable, broad form liability policy has NO deductible.
